For some time we have sunbathed, offering us incredible moments and feelings of peace and well-being. The sun offers our body many benefits: it gives us 90% vitamin D, which favors the secretion of dopamine and serotonin, the hormones of happiness.

But there is more: the sun activates defenses and strengthens our bones. But relax in the towel does not mean not being cautious, since the sun can bring health risks.

If we want to maintain the good condition of our dermis, show a beautiful tan and not suffer any consequences in the future, we must be extremely careful with the sun.

summer, skin, skintips

1) Detoxify

To achieve a homogeneous and 100% safe tan you have to prepare your skin. Use our detox mask for detoxification / exfoliation of the skin, will eliminating impurities, smoothing the skin and leaving it ready for the sun.

 2) Hydrate

The lack of water on the skin leads to a dry, dull and even flaking appearance. Use our hydrating face serum that creates a protective wall on the skin surface allowing water to be retained inside.

3) Protect

Apply sunscreen half an hour before exposing yourself to the sun, with clean and dry skin. Put it on generously and renew the application every two hours. Do not forget that even when it is in the shade or when it is cloudy, adequate protection is required (minimum 30 FPS). See our last blog post about the importance of using sunscreen everyday!!

4) Healthy Food

Do not abuse meat and choose fruits, vegetables and foods rich in antioxidants, which will help prevent cell degeneration and stimulate blood flow to the skin.

5) Drink more water

Your body loses a lot of water with heat, so you must constantly replace it. Drink lots of fluids, in addition to water, you can eat gazpachos, cold soups and salads, which are great sources of H2O.

If we take all of these factors into account and are a little cautious in the sun, we can enjoy a unique and risk-free summer.

Treat our skin now means a healthy skin in the future!!
