5 TIPS TO PREPARE YOUR SKIN FOR SUMMER
For some time we have sunbathed, offering us incredible moments and feelings of peace and well-being. The sun offers our body many benefits: it gives us 90% vitamin D, which favors the secretion of dopamine and serotonin, the hormones of happiness.
But there is more: the sun activates defenses and strengthens our bones. But relax in the towel does not mean not being cautious, since the sun can bring health risks.
If we want to maintain the good condition of our dermis, show a beautiful tan and not suffer any consequences in the future, we must be extremely careful with the sun.
5 TIPS TO PREPARE YOUR SKIN FOR SUMMER
1) Detoxify
